01 / BUSINESS SYSTEMSIN PRODUCTION

The shop floor.
Connected.

Two Power Platform applications that bring inventory, purchasing, and repair requests into everyday operations.

MY ROLE

Sole developer · Tooling Manager
Vico Products

The need

Give plant users a shared place to work with stock, locations, drawings, on-order quantities, and purchase orders—and give operators a consistent way to request tooling repairs.

What I built

A Power Apps and SharePoint inventory and purchasing application with controlled transaction access. A separate repair workflow uses Power Automate for ticket numbering, printing, and a tool-room display.

What it demonstrates

Turning operational requirements into production applications, connecting user interfaces to business data, and keeping the process useful for the people doing the work.

Both applications are in production. Internal systems are described without exposing workplace data.

02 / APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Know your stock.
Know your costs.

CribHero brings inventory, purchasing, bills of materials, and job costing into a connected platform for small manufacturers.

MY ROLE

Product builder · Manufacturing domain expertise

The need

Manufacturing information gets fragmented across spreadsheets and separate workflows. Stock movements, purchasing, and job costs need a shared context.

What I built

A connected application covering parts, purchase orders, stock movements, barcode scanning, bills of materials, and reporting. Spreadsheet imports help shops bring existing information into the platform.

What it demonstrates

Translating manufacturing knowledge into software, modeling connected business data, and working with a serverless application stack.

Visit Carvey Technologies

The need

Clients need a clear way to ask for help and get support. The service needs tools that connect the first request to the technical work.

What I built & operate

The business website, ticketing, customer portal, and remote-help resources, supported by cloud-hosted RustDesk and a branded Windows support installer.

What it demonstrates

Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Linux, service ownership, and the ability to connect technical implementation to the client experience.

04 / WEB DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATIONSAMPLE DEPLOYMENT

Team spirit.
Connected online.

A website for Wyandotte Indians Youth Football & Cheer, bringing program information, announcements, and game schedules together with tools for staff to keep them current.

MY ROLE

Website design & development · Cloud deployment

The need

Give families a clear place to find program information and game updates, with a way for staff to maintain content without editing website code.

What I built

A responsive blue-and-gold website with an authenticated staff portal for announcements, schedules, scores, and downloadable PDFs. Cloudflare Workers serves the application, D1 stores content and sessions, and R2 stores uploaded documents.

What it demonstrates

Connecting a public interface to persistent content, staff workflows, and external schedule data. The TeamSnap integration imports selected game events through a staff-triggered refresh.

The supplied TeamSnap feed covers JV Cheer game events, not a complete football schedule. Scores are maintained by staff. This is a sample deployment, not a claim of official adoption.

ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS

Cold-forming tools

Interactive tooling-design calculations, built around a manufacturing engineer’s workflow.

Brings standard cold-forming calculations into a convenient interactive site. My contribution connects tooling experience with a practical interface for working through job design.

CLOUD DEPLOYMENT

crvy.link

My deployment of the open-source Sink platform: branded links and analytics using Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, and Analytics Engine.

My work is the deployment and integration: Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, Analytics Engine, and managed builds. Sink is an open-source project; I did not author its core application.

THE FOUNDATION

A network I own
and maintain.

A UniFi UXG-Lite gateway, Cloud Key Gen2, and 24-port switch form the backbone of my home infrastructure.

WHY IT MATTERS

Working beyond the application means understanding the network and devices that keep services connected.

01 / RUN IT

Repeatable services.

Docker Compose, Portainer, Nginx Proxy Manager, and Homepage keep the environment organized.

02 / WATCH IT

Visibility into the stack.

Uptime Kuma, Glances, and Speedtest Tracker, with Apprise / ntfy alerts and Diun update notifications.

03 / MAINTAIN IT

Think past installation.

Documented maintenance, persistent storage, health checks, restarts, and scheduled upkeep.

The primary Raspberry Pi 4B has 4 GB RAM and an external SSD. The second Pi runs Pi-hole and Nebula Sync for aligned DNS configuration. The QNAP hosts an Ubuntu-based AI workspace with persistent storage and key-based SSH over Tailscale.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

I know the work. I build for it.

My path into IT runs through manufacturing: tooling operations, maintenance systems, and applications for people doing the work every day. I’m looking for an IT support, business systems, or automation role.

SKILLS & HOW I WORK

Practical problems. Working solutions.

I start with the process and the person using it, then connect the technology to the task.

IT & infrastructure

Windows and Linux troubleshooting, networking, Docker Compose, remote support, and self-hosted services.

Business systems

Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL, and workflow design grounded in manufacturing operations.

AI-assisted development

I use AI to explore solutions, write software, automate tasks, and troubleshoot. I bring the operational context and assess whether the result fits the workflow.

The projects in this portfolio combine domain knowledge and AI-assisted development.
